Dortech have just completed a 2,500m2 glazing overhaul at Bond Court in Leeds. After having being originally contacted by architects Think architectural glazing systems & Design, a Leeds based architectural practice, our design team set to work redesigning the buildings fenestration with the objective of increasing natural daylight and improving thermal performance.

Main Contractors Ckegg Construction were commissioned to remove floor up-stands at each floor level in order to facilitate the installation of floor to ceiling glazing by Dortech.

The project successfully completed on time leaving a modernised, visually stunning 11 storey high refurbished building in the centre of Leeds.
