This is EuroGarages 90,000 sq ft office development, in Blackburn. Dortech have been appointed directly by EuroGarages to design, manufacture and install approximately 2,500m2 of architectural glazing. Our scope of works included visible grid curtain walling, thermally broken aluminium windows, thermally broken entrance doors, sliding patio doors and glass balustrading.
This fantastic scheme has been designed by architects Campbell Driver Partnership and will provide office space, meeting rooms, a staff canteen and conference facilities. Alongside the office, the development will also include two drive-through restaurants.
Zuber Issa, chief executive of Euro Garages, added: “This new development will support our continued plans for expansion while allowing us to keep our HQ in Blackburn. Not only does this benefit our existing staff, it will support our aspirations to create new jobs in the town.”
